The promoters of the company, Prabhu K.B. has rich experience of 30 years in Banking, Investment Banking, Trading, Settlement, Software Development , Project/Program Management, in Senior positions in various MNC Organizations from Stock Holding Corporation of India (SHCIL), Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank and Bank of America. Over the years, he has delivered many transformational initiatives in the field of Banking/Investment Banking that has resulted in enormous amount of wealth creation for these organizations

Prabhu is a well renowned Public Speaker in National/International Forums like PMI Global Chapters and has also published papers in National journals

He is an MBA from Jamanlal Bajaj Institute and holds his Bachelors degree in Science from Loyola College Chennai

The other promoter, Mrs. Pushpa Prabhu, wife of Prabhu K.B., a House Manager, is an Engineer by qualification. She is dynamic , result oriented and has an excellent business acumen
